Robb was born in Denver, Colorado; she is the daughter of Janet and Dave Robb. She is named after her maternal great-grandmother, AnnaSophie, and her paternal grandmother, Anna Marie. Robb compete in dance and gymnastics for four and a half years, but quit in order to focus on acting. AnnaSophia Robb attends a Denver-area high school, and she plans to attend college afterwards.
